I wanted to take a minute to let you know how very appreciated Nicole’s fantastic service was on our recent visit to Liverpool. I contacted Nicole prior to our trip and she arranged a morning pick-up of our laundry from our hotel and after a long day of sightseeing we were greeted with all of laundry washed and pressed and waiting for us. Our hotel was at the out at the airport, so we felt she really went out of her way to help us. We were so blown away that we felt we should have paid her more! In Canada, you just cannot find as excellent service as this. We fell in love with Liverpool, and when we return I won’t hesitate to use Nicole’s services again!
